Incredibox allows you to create your own music. Drag & drop icons unto the characters to select sounds
There are 5 icons each: Beats, Effects, Melodies & Voice

 Layering- Add different sounds.  This will give you a fuller and more richer textured sound
Mixing- Audio mixing is the process of taking recorded tracks and blending them together. · The goal of mixing is to bring out the best in your multi-track recording by adding audio effects, chorus, reverb etc.

​DIRECTIONS:

1. ​Type in Incredibox.com/demo
2. Select a version to start mixing the music: Choose Alpha, Little Miss, Sunrise or The Love
3. Drag & drop icons unto the character to select sounds​
4. Layer sounds
5. Record (Top left 3 lines; press red REC button to record) 
6. Mix sounds while you record

RUBRIC 

1. Assignment  should be 1 – 2 Minutes of music
2. Things to include: 
   • One beat icon, 
   • One effect icon, 
   • One melody icon, 
   • One voice icon, 
   • Last 3 icons are optional if you are adding the bonus video. This will give you a fuller and more richer textured sound if you add the 3 icons
   • Replay: Does your mix sound good? Then save it and share it
   • Save- CHECK; YOU CAN USE A NICKNAME  IF YOU LET ME KNOW THRU GOOGLE CLASSROOM OR AN EMAIL WITH YOUR REAL NAME & RM #​

EXAMPLE

1. SELECT ONE OF THE ICONS IN THE TOP MIDDLE (i.e. FIRE, NAUTICA SIGN OR TREE)
2. SELECT THE HIGHLIGHTED ICONS BELOW
3. DRAG & DROP TO THE CHARACTER
4. REPEAT 1, 2,3 UNTIL ALL ICONS ARE CHOSEN
5. SELECT THE ICON AT THE TOP (EX. FIRE)
6. THE BONUS VIDEO WILL PLAY
7. IF YOU LIKE, YOU MAY RECORD. YOUR VIDEO WILL PLAY
